Dr. Duron received his MD from the University of California Davis School of Medicine, Davis, CA.

He is Board Certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the AMA and the Macon County Medical Society.

His General Surgery Residency was at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.
